2014 Concert Tour Schedule

Our annual Canyonlands Concert Tour will be held between July 11 and July 20 this year. The Hitch’n Post Campground in Panguitch is our base camp for the entire Concert Tour this year. Call 1-435-676-2436 for reservations. There is a Special rate for members of the Association who camp the whole 9 days, $175 plus $21 each additional day thereafter (estimated $196 after taxes for all 9 days). Check with Jodi & Randy. To ensure a spot, please RSVP with the campground as early as possible if you plan to attend. You will need a $25 deposit to reserve your spot.

Also, for those persons who prefer not to camp, the Hitch’n Post has a one bedroom suite available for rental. The suite has a kitchenette, bathroom and bed. Details are on Hitch’n Post’s website.

All performers must attend the rehearsal for any concert they wish to perform in. Common fiddle tunes that all performers should know:

Begin gathering at Hitch-N-Post Campground in Panguitch
3:00 P.M. Grand Canyon Concert Rehearsal

Saturday, July 12th
12:30 P.M. Depart for Grand Canyon Concert (Car Pool)
3:00 P.M. or later – Dinner at Staff Cafeteria Arizona Time
5:15 to 7:17 P.M. Grand Canyon Concert
Drive back to Panguitch after Concert

Sunday, July 13th
Hang loose all day – but lots of music throughout!

Monday, July 14th
9:00 A.M. Jamming & Practice
11:00 A.M. Music Gig at Panguitch Sr. Center
6:00 P.M. Evening Jams – Make the campground ring

Tuesday, July 15th
9:00 A.M. Bus transportation to Escalante
